A. There are 24 lots of which 20 homeowners exist. Several homeowners own multiple lots.
Our HOA is currently self managed by homeowners who were designated by the previous developer.
A. The HOA assesses each lot $250 annually for the upkeep of the front entrance and administration of the HOA as a whole. The annual budget can be viewed here.

A. Declaration of Covenants can be downloaded in the documents area. In addition there are other rules that offer detail regarding the Covenants from the Architectural Control Committee.
A. You can contact your neighbor directly if you feel comfortable. (many times a homeowner is just unaware of a violation). If you do not feel comfortable approaching your neighbor directly please contact the HOA for direction on the appropriate process. Some rules are in violation of the HOA, some in violation of the county and others are in violation of both the county and HOA and need to be addressed by both parties.
A. Yes. Please contact the HOA to determine the level of permission required as designated in the Declaration of Covenants.
A. Yes. you are limited to 1 farm animal (defined as cows or horses) per acre. Other animals are allowed but the number and species must be approved by the committee.
